This is another recipe I learned from Mike Johnson's cooking classes. We like to serve it with flank steak. Nice to use as a spread on mini flank steak Hawaiian rolls.
CHIPOTLE SAUCE 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream Chipotle pepper with adobe sauce - buy small can and start with 1 pepper and 1 tablespoon of sauce from can. Lime juice to taste
Blend all ingredients in blender - taste, it will get hotter the longer it rest. I freeze the extra peppers - usually two per snack size Ziplock with some sauce in both.
