All the women in my family can’t cook, so we’ve passed down this artichoke recipe generations and generations because it’s a hit at parties and you look awesome!!
8ox cup of cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup of mixed cheese (any Mexican blend mix works)
1 can of non-marinated artichoke hearts
Wheat thins to dip
Combine everything in heat proof container, cook it at 325 for 35-40 minutes
