Family favorite. So easy to make and yummy!
6 chicken breasts or 1.5 thin cut chicken breasts 1/2 c cornmeal 1/2 c flour 1 t salt 1 t dill 1/4 t garlic salt 1/4 t pepper 1 cup milk I stick butter melted Fresh dill
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9 x 13 Pyrex.
Mix cornmeal, flour, salt, dill, garlic salt and pepper in a ziplock bag. Shake to mix.
Dip chicken in bowl of milk. Place in the bag of cornmeal mixture and shake until well coated.
Place chicken in Pyrex and pour melted butter over chicken.
Bake approximately 30-45 minutes depending on amount of chicken
Sprinkle with fresh dill after cooking.
