Caviar night!


Order Caviar from Kelly’s Katch - 4.4 ounces of paddlefish

Make your own Bilini’s

Enjoy with a Rose Champagne

Short Bilini recipe 

1 cup flour

1 egg

3/4 cup milk


Mix together. Use demitasse spoon to spoon out batter onto skillet. Flip when bilini’s bubble take off skillet when golden brown.
