Ingredients
1-1/2 Cups Grits
6 Cups Water
1/2 Tsp Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon minced garlic
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Boil the water, add grits slowly.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add cheddar cheese, garlic.
