Burrata & Prosciutto Crostinis


I love anything Italian (like Muma!) and these have become my new favorite apps to make

Sourdough Baguette Pesto Burrata Prosciutto Heirloom Tomato Basil Olive Oil Balsamic Viniagrette and/or Balsamic Glaze

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Step 2: Cut up baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Lay flat on a baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with a little bit of salt Step 3: Bake in oven until slightly golden, about 10 minutes Step 4: Cut up an heirloom tomato into thin slices Step 5: Top your crostinis! Add pesto, heirloom tomato, prosciutto, burrata, basil and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and/or balsamic glaze Step 6: Bon Appetit! *If you like truffle, we love adding either some truffle olive oil or truffle balsamic to the crostinis
